WORKSHOP MISSION HEALTH -INLINE AND QUAD SKATES LESSONS
You can not skate inline or quad skates yet, but you want to try?
Come on June 3, 2017 at 2 pm in the Knyazhevo Garden (near the monument to the Soviet Army) at the Workshop "Let's Drive Together Inline Skates" at the Mission Health Show!
For the fifth edition of "Mission Health" Exhibition, the organizers from the Bulgarian Economic Forum also invited our team from Extrem Sport, the facebook group "Let's Drive Together Inline Skates" And Extreme Skate Association to join the rich sports program of the event.
We have prepared a useful and attractive experience for beginners with inline skates and quad skates, demonstrations and tricks from Bulgaria's best roller-clubs, called "High jump, stop impressive", lottery with exclusive prizes for all Participants in the workshop and city skating "Night in Sofia on rollers".
PROGRAM FOR "MISSION HELTH" - 03.06.2017
14:00 - 15:30 - Workshop "Let's Drive Roller Skates Together!" - Lessons for inline and quad skates in which participants will have the opportunity to learn:
- basic knowledge of the types of inline skates or quad skates and the needed safety protection;
- basic rules for inline skating or quad skating and the right way of putting safety protection;
- basic movements such as accelerating, turning, turning of the inner and outer edge of the skates and others;
- Main ways of stops with inline or quad skates.
16:00 - 17:30 - Workshop "Let's Drive Together Inline Skates" - free lessons for inline and quad skates, in which participants will have the opportunity to learn:
- basic knowledge of the types of inline skates or quad skates and the needed safety protection;
- basic rules for inline skating or quad skating and the right way of putting safety protection;
- basic movements such as accelerating, turning, turning of the inner and outer edge of the skates and others;
- Main ways of stops with inline or quad skates.
17:30 - 18:00 - Demonstration of jumps and slides - "High jump, stop impressive" with the participation of the best stakers of facebook group "Let's Drive Together Inline Skates"and guests from all over the country.
18: 00-18: 18.15 - Lottery for all participants in the workshops "Let's Drive Together Inline Skates" during the exhibition.
18:30 - 20:00 "Night in Sofia on rollers"- Group city roller skating, which will start from the "Mission Health" exhibition and finish there.
The use of safety protection and reflective vests or strips is a must!
Anyone who can not take part in "Night in Sofia on rollers" will have the opportunity to enjoy the fantasy slalom skateboard demos.
And for final of the day, everyone is invited to a large Diva Street Party from 19:30 to 21:30.
ADDITIONAL DESCRIPTION
Inline skating and quad skating lessons included in the Workshop "Let's Drive Together Inline Skates" are suitable for everyone who wants to try without age restriction.
It is recommended for the participants to wear their personal inline or quad skates, but if they do not have their own and want to try, they can use a pair of skates which Association Extreme Skate, Skateshop Extreme and Tempish Bulgaria have provided for the workshop.
Use of safety protectors is mandatory!
