- Tents that are described as ‘Fire Retardant’ have their flysheet and inner tent fabrics treated to prevent the fabric for continuing to burn after a flame or similar is placed against the fabric & then removed (in accordance to CPAI-84). It should be noted that these tents are not fireproof and that they will burn if an ignition source is placed adjacent to the fabric.
- Powerflex Fibreglass:
- Vango only uses the highest possible grade of fibreglass for our poles. Used in various lengths and diameters which are specifically selected to suit the design of the tent. The steel ferrules and tips are finished to give smooth and snag-free travel through pole sleeves and eyelets. All sections are ‘shock-corded’ together for ease of pitching.

The returned products must be in their original packaging, as well as with the labels and accessories attached to them. The customer pays for the returning. Refunds are made within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned shipment on a bank account. |
| Compliant | A defective product which is in warranty period should be returned in clean condition, with a warranty card inluded, if possible in a package. In case of factory defect, the item will be repaired within 10 working days. Replacement of the item is possible in case of irreparable defect. |
